Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 26/11/2013 duly signed by the parties and their advocates. Learned Counsel for the parties further state that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled in terms of the consent terms. Mr. Singh states that applicant No.1(c)-Mr. Shabbir Taherali Talawala is present in the Court. Mr.Hagare states that respondents are present in the Court. The parties admit and confirm the correctness of the consent terms. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the Civil Revision Application may be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
