“I say that on 16th August 2013 in accordance with the directions of this Hon'ble Court, I have sworn and affirmed an affidavit before the Registrar of the Hon'ble High Court thereby bringing on record the aforementioned facts. I say that on the same day the said affidavit was accepted by this Hon'ble Court at the time of hearing of the captioned matter. I say that vide the said affidavit I had submitted that I do not propose to contest the captioned Civil Revision Application and the Civil Applications filed by the applicant and that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the captioned Civil Revision Application and the Civil Applications in favour of the applicant. Further I undertook to abide by the orders/judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court.”
The learned counsel for respondent no.1 also states that respondent no.1 is present in the Court and she admits and confirms the correctness of the affidavit sworn by her.
