2. The order of the Wakfs Tribunal shows that the suit land was auctioned for one year on Ek Sala Lawni basis and the present petitioner did not participate in the said auction. Further, two parallel proceedings are filed by the present petitioner. In the circumstances, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed without any order as to costs.
