1. Heard.
2.Learned A.G.P. has tendered copy of the
decision dated 4th September, 2013 taken by the State
Government in respect of the petitioner, the same is
taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of
identification.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner
Mr. Shinde h/f. Mr. Jaigude submits that in view of
the aforesaid decision taken by the State Government,
the petitioner does not want to proceed with the
Contempt Petition.
(2) CP. 222-2013
4.Taking into consideration the overall facts,
in my view, it would not be expedient to continue
with the present proceedings. The Contempt Petition
is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
