. By order dated 24 February 2005, the company petition was admitted. The matter thereafter, was placed on board on 15 October 2010 when the following order came to be passed :-
In the meantime, the petitioner shall advertise the proposed withdrawal in the newspapers in which the admission of the petition was advertised, stating that they are likely to withdraw the company petition on 26th November, 2010.
Cost of the advertisement shall be reimbursed by the respondent company to the petitioner.”

attempt has been made to trace out the creditors of the respondentcompany and whether any advertisements for inviting claims have been issued after admission of the petition. On 10 July 2013, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that necessary advertisements were not issued. Accordingly, the petitioner was directed to issue necessary advertisements.
