The petitioner is permitted to serve the notice by publishing the same in the daily newspaper 'Nav Bharat', which is widely circulated in Nagpur, where the Office of the respondent no.1-Firm was lastly situated.
The steps to serve the respondent no.1 by paper publication should be initiated within a period of fifteen days.
The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
