are absolutely no reasons disclosed in the
application for the delay. The Judgment sought
to be challenged was delivered on 5-5-2012. The
applicant applied for a certified copy on
31-1-2013 and gives no reason why he chose to
wait till the end of January of the next year
for seeking the certified copy. The applicant

is smug in the belief that his stating before
the Court that he received the certified copy
on 2-2-2013 could be reason enough to justify
the delay in filing the revision application.
