The present Company application is taken taken out for changing the date of the proposed meeting of secured creditors and unsecured creditors of the Company.
- By order dated 14 September 2012, the Court had fixed meeting of the secured creditors at 4.00 p.m. and at 5.30 p.m. of unsecured creditors of the Company on 4 December 2012 at the address stated in the order. The affidavit in support of the Company application gives reasons why the meeting could not be held on that day. The Company now proposes to hold the meeting on 11 February 2013. Company is permitted to do so and the directions given in clause (2) and clause (3) of the order dated 14 September 2012 stand modified to the extent of specifying the date from 4 December 2012 to 11 February 2013. Rest of the particulars in the above mentioned paragraphs as well as remaining part of the order shall remain the same.
