The application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail. Both

the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. Criminal Application No.6563/2013 filed for permission to assist the APP is allowed. Learned counsel Shri. Golewar is allowed to assist the learned APP.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Gopal Damre. The incident took place on 21.10.2013. Allegations are made that applicant No. 1 – Dnyandeo assaulted him with iron bar on his head and attempt was made on his life.

He has contended that threats of life were given to him. There are allegations against applicant Nos. 2 to 4 that they assaulted him with fist blows and kicks and he sustained blunt injuries due to assault made by others. The incident took place due to some previous incident occurred on count of common bandh. Though the crime is registered for the offence under section 307 r/w. 34 etc. of I.P.C., in view of nature of allegations made against the applicant Nos. 2 to 4, this Court has already granted interim relief to them. Today after seeing the injury certificate, which shows that they did not cause injuries, this Court holds that they need to be given protection.

The learned counsel for applicant No. 1 - Dnyandeo submits on instructions that he wants to withdraw the application of applicant No. 1. So application of applicant No. 1 stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Application of applicant Nos. 2 to 4 is allowed. Interim relief granted in their favour is confirmed.
