Learned counsel for applicants on instructions submits that he want to withdraw the application. Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
2] Learned counsel for applicants submitted that applicants are behind bars since 20/7/13. He requested for giving direction to expeditiously dispose of the case. It appears that charge sheet came to be filed on 15/10/13. So, trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within 5 months from the date of receipt of this order. If for no fault of the accused, the case is not disposed of, liberty is given to the applicants to come to this Court for bail again.
