ORAL ORDER :
1. Heard.
2.Learned counsel for the Applicant states that
in view of the case being committed to the Court
of Sessions and charge being framed, presently he
is not pressing the Application for bail and
seeking limited relief of directing the trial
Court to complete the trial as early as possible,

within some stipulated period and granting him
liberty to renew the prayer for bail if the trial
is not completed accordingly.
3.The offence in question has taken place on 8th
May, 2012. The Applicant is in custody since 16th
May, 2012. The accused in custody has right of
early trial, hence the request deserves
consideration.
4.The learned Additional Sessions Judge
Ahmednagar seized with Session Case No.275 of 2012
arising out of Crime No. I-58 of 2012 registered
with Bhingar Camp Police Station, Ahmednagar, for
the offences under Section 363, 366 and 376 of the
Indian Penal Code, is hereby directed to commence
and complete the said Sessions case at the
earliest and in any event by the end of September,
2013. In the event of trial being not completed by
the said date, liberty to the Applicant to renew
the prayer for bail.
