ORAL JUDGMENT [PER K.U. CHANDIWAL, J.] :

1.Heard. Mr. Sawant, learned counsel
submits that the prosecution initiated by
Applicant as Tahsildar, against Respondent No.2,
is at the stage of evidence, wherein evidence of
the Applicant is recorded.

2.So far as the prosecution initiated by
Respondent No.2 (subject F.I.R. No.169 of 2008),
according to learned counsel, no final report is
yet submitted by the police.

3.On 27th January, 2010, Rule was granted.

exemption from appearance from the Court
