dated 4th March, 2013 of learned Sessions Judge,
Osmanabad, which specifies to give 72 hours’ notice,
in writing, before arresting the accused in Crime No.
24/2013 and 25/2013.
2)In the light of this situation, learned
Counsel is permitted to withdraw the criminal
applications. Needless to indicate, the Investigator
shall comply the aforesaid directions before taking
any steps in respective crimes, referred above,

concerning arrest of the applicant. Criminal
Application Nos.3504/2013 and 3651/2013 are disposed
of as above.
