ORAL ORDER :-
1.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant,
who on instructions, submits that he would not press
the present application, and that, the same be allowed
to be withdrawn.
2.He, however, submits that in view of the
facts and circumstances of the case, it would be
desirable that the trial should be held expeditiously.
He submits that in ordinary course it would take quite
long period for the trial to be over.
3.Indeed, there are some grounds on which it

will be proper to direct the trial to be expeditiously
held. I am therefore, inclined to give an appropriate
direction to the trial Court in that regard.
4.The application is allowed to be withdrawn
and stands dismissed as such.
5.However, the trial Court shall proceed with
the trial expeditiously and shall endeavour to
complete the trial within a period of six months from
the date of receipt of this order.
