1 I cannot grant any relief on this application where the only prayer is to expedite disposal of the Discharge Application preferred by the Applicant/ Accused. It is not for this Court to fix the calender of the Trial Court. The Trial Courts have their own difficulties and priorities. There are several cases involving several accused, some of them may be suffering more than the Applicant. In these circumstances merely for giving direction to fix a date of hearing by the Trial Court, this Court cannot exercise its inherent jurisdiction and power. The Application is dismissed.
