Application No.1337 of 2011 which was not pressed and accordingly withdrawn as not pressed by the present applicant. By the present application, the applicant seeks suspension of the substantive sentence of imprisonment, and his enlargement on bail.

In the light of the evidence available against the

applicant, we are not inclined to grant the relief prayed for in this application. However, since the Appeal is of the year 2009 and the applicant is in jail since last more than four years, we direct that the Appeal be added to the weekly Final Hearing board from 29th July, 2013.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with the aforesaid directions.
