The learned Single Judge has declined to grant ad-interim relief on 13 August 2012 nearly eleven months ago. The Motion is still pending before the learned Single Judge. In the circumstances, we decline to interfere in the Appeal at this stage but while dismissing the Appeal, we clarify that all the rights and contentions of the parties are kept open to be decided at the appropriate stage.
The Appeal is dismissed.
