disposed of in terms of these Minutes of Orders.

Having perused the Consent Minutes of Order and

finding that respondent Nos.2 & 3 have not

waived their rights given under the law nor have
they entered into any compromise by which the
Criminal prosecution is in anyway stiffled, that
these terms are accepted. All that is agreed is
that the applicant has applied for registration

to the respondent No.2 – Board. That

¶22

application will be considered and appropriate
orders will be communicated within the time
stipulated in the Minutes of Order. Until that
exercise is completed, respondent Nos.2 & 3 will
not proceed with the criminal complaint. If the
compliance is reported with the arrangement
arrived as per Clause 2 of these terms, the
matter comes to an end. In these circumstances,
Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked
as 'X' for identification. This application is
disposed of in terms of Consent Minutes of
Order.
