1 Mr.Yagnik, learned APP, on instructions from the concerned Investigating Officer present in the Court, makes a statement that a C- Summary Report would be filed in the competent court. In such circumstances, presently the Applicants, who are original accused in First Information Report No.180/2012 registered with Rabodi Police Station, Thane on 26.12.2012 alleging offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 469, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, need not apprehend that the prosecution will file a charge sheet or take further measures so as to put their liberty in jeopardy.
