1] The petitioner challenges the advertisement on the ground that it did not provide reservation for Project Affected Persons. The petitioner has already applied in pursuance to the said advertisement and having not been successful, is now approaching this court, challenging the advertisement.
2] In view of the law laid down by the Apex Court, in the matter of “ Madan Lal Vs. State of Jammu and Kashmir” reported in (1995) 3 SCC 486 the petition cannot be entertained. As such, the writ petition is rejected.
