It is informed that petitioner has been transferred to a school at village Dongarwadi, Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar by order issued by respondent no. 2 / Chief Executive Officer, Ahmednagar, on 14-8-2012 and he has joined the transferred school on 21-8-2012. So far as prayed made by petitioner in respect of disbursement of salary from November 2011 onwards is concerned, we are of the opinion that the request made by petitioner can be considered by respondent no. 2 / Chief Executive Officer, Ahmednagar.

Petitioner shall have liberty to tender comprehensive representation to

the Chief Executive Officer, Ahmednagar, ventilating his grievance in respect

of non-payment of salary and, it shall be open for the Chief Executive Officer, Ahmednagar, to take decision on such representation. If petitioner tenders representation within a period of eight weeks from today, the Chief Executive Officer, Ahmednagar, shall take appropriate decision, after extending an opportunity of hearing to petitioner as well as the Block Education Officer, within a period of three months thereafter. With these directions petition stands disposed of.
