Though the respondent No. 3 is served, none appears for respondent No. 3.

The only grievance made by the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is that the petitioners are not being given the copies of the documents as required under Rule 86 (D) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules.

It appears that the proceeding U/s 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act [ For short, ' M.C.S. Act ' ] is pending. The learned A.G.P. submits that the Assistant Registrar would furnish the petitioner the copies of the documents filed by the respondent No. 3 in the

proceeding U/s 101 of the M.C.S. Act.

The respondent No. 2 shall give the copies of the documents

filed by the respondent No. 3 in the proceeding U/s 101 of the M.C.S. Act to the petitioner by the next date.

Rule is accordingly made absolute in above terms. No costs.
