respective parties.

By an earlier order, we had directed the respondent no.2 to see that the elections are held of the Gramvikas Education Society, Shirasmani Dist.Jalgaon. However, it is reported that the elections could not be held due to law and order situation.

In that view of the matter, we find that it

will be appropriate that the respondent no.2 considers appointing some ad hoc body of independent persons to administer the affairs of the trust at least till the warring factions come to normalcy. The respondent no.2 shall take appropriate steps in that regard within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition is disposed of. In view of disposal of the petition, CA 2021/12 is also disposed of.
