It appears that the pursis is signed by the petitioner and the respondent no.3 and also by the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent no.3. The counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.3 are present in the Court today. They state that the parties are ad idem over the terms mentioned in the compromise petition.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement recorded in the pursis. There would be no order as to costs.
