The learned counsel appearing for the Caste Scrutiny Committee states that the Committee will decide the caste claim of the petitioners within a period of three months from today. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will cooperate and initially will appear before the Committee on 01/03/2012 along with all necessary documents. If the petitioners fail to provide necessary documents, the Caste Scrutiny Committee is free to take a decision on the basis of available record without further delay. The intervening application filed in this matter is not, therefore, required to be entertained and it is open to the intervenor to request the Scrutiny Committee to allow him to intervene in the matter.
