Heard counsel for the parties. The grievance of the petitioner is that proposal for confirmation of sale certificate is pending since 22^nd February, 2010 before the District Deputy Registrar, Kolhapurrespondent No.1. In the circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition with directions to respondent No.1 to decide the proposal, one way or the other, in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. All questions are left open.

The petitioner shall produce the copy of the order in the office of respondent No.1 on 22^nd October, 2012 at 11.00 a.m. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
