. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned APP for the State. The learned APP on instruction from Shri P.I.Sunil Ghosalkar, Cyber Police Station, BKC, Mumbai, states that the Investigating Officer shall return the passports and identity cards of the Petitioners to the Petitioners and for that purposes, the Petitioners will have to visit the office of the concerned officer. We accept the statement made on instructions by the learned APP. In view of the statement which is accepted, it is not necessary to entertain the Petition and the Petition is accordingly disposed of.
