1The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
notwithstanding the earlier order dated 29th March 2012, the
appeal preferred by the petitioners against the order of
externment is not yet decided by the State Government. The
learned A.P.P states that due to fire in Mantralaya, the
record of Appeal has been destroyed.

2In view of aforesaid statement, we need not keep the
petition pending and we dispose of the petition by passing
the following order :

i) We direct the petitioners to file a true copy of

memorandum of appeal with the Appellate Authority
together with true copies of all the documents
annexed to this petition within a period of two
weeks from today.

ii)The Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal
as expeditiously as possible and in any event
within a period of four weeks from the date on
which the copy of memorandum of appeal and copies
of documents are filed by the petitioners with
the appellate authority.

iii)All contentions of the parties on merits of the
appeal are kept open.

iv)Petition is disposed of on above terms.

¶23

v) The parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
