Having regard to the admitted fact that the dispute regarding removal of membership is pending before the Co-operative Court, we consider it appropriate only to grant relief in terms of prayer clause (bb), which reads as follows :

Court at Thane to decide the Applications (marked as Exhibit 12, 14 & 27 before the Thane Court) filed in the Dispute No.105/2011 by the Petitioner in a time bound manner.”

Further, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (CIDCO), Navi Mumbai, is directed to decide the representations at Exhibits “H” and “L” dated 19^th August, 2011 and 1^st December, 2011, within a period of four months from today in accordance with law.
