1.Learned APP Mrs. Khade states that she has
instructions to inform the following:-
The permission sought for by the prisoner
will be granted and its communication will
be done within one week to the prisoner.
2. In view of this statement, petition is disposed of, as its purpose is served.
3.Learned APP is directed to communicate forthwith
this order to the Superintendent, Central Prison,
Nagpur, who shall, in turn, interpret and explain the

same in the language understood by the prisoner.
4. Steno copy of this order be supplied to learned APP to act upon.
