investigation is made out, a direction has been issued to the Police Officer of Koregaon Police Station to carry on further investigation in accordance with Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
view of what is stated in the report, at this stage, we find that no case for transfer of investigation is made out. It is obvious that the concerned Police Officer while carrying on further investigation will keep in mind the grievances expressed in this Petition by the Petitioner. It is obvious that if permission is not yet granted under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the concerned Police Officer will make necessary application to the concerned Court and seek permission for carrying on further investigation.
