Since the Petitioner appears in person, we have
requested Mr.A.S.Rao, Advocate to assist the Court on perusing the papers. We have accordingly heard the Petitioner, Mr.A.S.Rao, Advocate and Mr.Sonpal for the Respondent. We find from the record that a Division Bench of this Court had dismissed an earlier Petition filed by the Petitioner, by an order dated 5 April 2006. As a matter of fact, the Division Bench observed that there was an abuse of legal process on the part of the Petitioner. The Petitioner was saddled with costs in the amount of Rs.5,000/ with a further direction that unless the costs are deposited in Court, no further

petition regarding the same relief shall be registered by the office. The Review Petition filed by the Petitioner has also been dismissed by a Division Bench by its order dated 22 September 2011. In this view of the matter, we do not consider it either appropriate or proper to entertain a fresh petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
