has received instructions from the Department that decision has been taken to give an appointment to the petitioner, but it may take some time.
Since the decision has already been taken to give appointment to the petitioner, in our view, such process should not take more time. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to take appropriate steps within a period of one month from today.
Rest of the prayers have not been pressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
Subject to what is stated above, the writ petition is disposed of.
