Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent.
(i) Parties admit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 8th June 2006, the Defendants have deposited a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court which amount has been invested.
(ii) The Plaintiff agree to accept a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- in full and final settlement of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants.
(iii) The Prothonotary and Senior Master shall therefore within a period of eight weeks from today hand over an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the Advocate for the Plaintiff and shall hand over to the Advocate for the Defendants the interest accrued thereon. 2. The Suit is accordingly disposed of. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per Rules.
