The Court recorded the submission of counsel for the Petitioner as regards all the three deficiencies and granted the Petitioner a period of three weeks to move the competent authority of AICTE with an updated position with

regard to the deficiencies reported on 16 April 2012 by the Expert Visiting Committee. The competent authority was only directed to take a decision in accordance with law upon verifying compliance by the Petitioner. When the Court passed its order on 5 July 2012, AICTE had stated in its affidavit before the Court that the competent authority being seized of the matter, would decide upon the issue of approval, which would be communicated to the Petitioner.
