During the course of hearing of the revision applications, an attempt was made by this Court with the assistance of the learned counsel for the parties to resolve the dispute amicably. The attempt has been successful and the dispute has been resolved amicably. It is submitted in the pursis that both the cases are resolved for Rs.90,000/- (Rs. Ninety Thousand only) to be paid by the applicant to respondent No.1. The applicant has paid Rs.61,940/- (Rs.25,520/- in C.C. No.11/12 (+) Rs.36,040/- in C.C. No.12/12 = Rs.61,940/-) in the trial Court by way of payment of compensation and interest thereon. He was directed to pay interest at interim stage by this Court (Coram : A.H. Joshi, J). The applicant has paid Rs.28,060/- (Rs.Twenty Eight Thousand Sixty only) to respondent No.1 by way of cash (received by learned counsel on behalf of the respondent). As such the applicant has paid Rs.90,000/-, which includes the amount paid in the trial Court. He has no objection if respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in the trial Court. On these conditions it is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court may allow respondent No.1 / complainant to compound both the offences with the applicant.
