enhancement of this maintenance. Learned Magistrate by his order dated 20th February, 2009, enhanced the maintenance from Rs.325/- to Rs.500/to each of the respondents. The respondents being dissatisfied, preferred Revision No.33 of 2009 before the Additional Sessions Court at Baramati, and the Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati, enhanced this amount of maintenance from Rs.500/- to Rs.1,500/- p.m. w.e.f. 22nd April, 2009. This order is challenged the applicant by filing the present revision application. The applicant is serving as Gram Sevak and has monthly salary of Rs. 24,874/-. However, it is the case of the applicant that after deduction under various heads, he is receiving only an amount of Rs.12,700/-. The applicant is depositing Rs.1000/- in provident fund account, Rs. 5674/- in LIC and Rs.4765/- is deducted towards Credit Society dues. The salary amount deducted towards the public provident fund and LIC, cannot be taken into consideration. There is no dispute that respondent No.1 has no source of income and respondent Nos.2 & 3 are school going children. The amount of Rs.500/- each to respondent Nos. 1 to 3, by no stretch of imagination, can be said to be sufficient to meet the expenses of maintenance, education and medical etc. The respondents are entitled to lead life at par with the applicant. Learned Additional Sessions Judge has considered all these aspects and concluded that the amount of Rs.1500/each to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 will be just and reasonable. I do not see any justification in interfering with the said order in my revisional jurisdiction
