Heard Ms. Norma Alvares, learned Advocate for the applicant, Mr. S. S. Kantak, learned Advocate General for respondent nos. 1 2, and 3, Mr. P. Rao, learned Advocate for respondent no. 5, Mr. J. E. Coelho Pereira, learned Senior Advocate with Mr. V. Braganza, Advocate for respondent no. 6.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are not inclined to grant prayer clauses ( b) and (c), since the order sought to be modified was passed after hearing learned Counsel for the parties.

However, insofar as prayers clause (a) is concerned, we direct respondent no. 2 to provide list of mining leases with names and addresses of lease holders who have been granted environmental clearance post-4.12.2006 and NOC from the Chief Wildlife Warden under the Wildlife Protection Act within a period of one week.

Subject to compliance of the above directions by respondent no. 2, applicant is granted time of two weeks to amend the petition and join additional respondents.

Application stands disposed of.
