Heard Mr. S. D. Padiyar, learned Advocate for the applicant, Mr. S. S. Kantak, learned Advocate General for respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Senior Advocate for respondent no.3.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of orders dated 21.6.2010 and 22.4.2011. Having heard Mr. S. D. Padiyar, learned Advocate for the applicant, Mr. S. S. Kantak, learned Advocate General for respondent nos.1, 2, 4 and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Senior Advocate for respondent no.3, we are not inclined at this stage to modify the said orders. These orders were passed after hearing learned Advocate General. The suggestions made by the various stake holders were considered by the State Government and the State Government was heard before passing above orders.

In view of the above position, we are not inclined to grant the relief sought in the application. However, we grant liberty to the applicant to approach the State Government with their grievance and in case such an representation is made to the State Government, State Government to consider the same and if the State Government is satisfied that the above orders require to be modified, liberty to the State Government to file appropriate application. If the representations are made, State Government to consider the same expeditiously. With this observation, application stands disposed of.
