Mr. Bhavesh Parmar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.M.M.Vashi, learned counsel for respondent No.1 state that the disputes between the parties which are subject matter of these three appeals as well as the three writ petitions from which these appeals arise and the disputes which are subject matter of suits pending in the Small Causes Court and the criminal complaints under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, referred to in the consent terms, have been settled as per the consent terms dated 28 September 2012. The consent terms are signed by the authorised representative of the appellant as well as respondent No.1 and the learned counsel for the parties.
