Courts below did not accept this version of the Petitioner. After hearing learned counsel and going through the impugned order, I find that the Courts below have rightly given above finding on the basis of evidence on record. No ground to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of jurisdiction of this Court under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is made out, hence, revision is dismissed.
