By the order dated 15th March, 2012 passed in the above writ petition, this court had directed the Hon’ble Minister to decide the stay application filed by the petitioner in revision application as expeditiously as possible and in any case before 31st March, 2012. Status-quo as of that date was also granted till 10th April, 2012 by the above order. The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner makes a grievance that the stay application is not yet decided and the protection granted has come to an end.

2 In the above circumstances, order of status-quo granted by this Court by an order dated 15th March, 2012 in the aforesaid petition, is continued till the decision of the stay application and in case, the decision is adverse to the interest of the applicant/petitioner for two more weeks. Needless to mention that the Hon’ble Minister shall endeavour to dispose off the stay application at the earliest.
