Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant had filed Civil Application No. 418 of 2002 for
intervention in the writ petition. As a consequence of dismissal of the
writ petition for non prosecution by order dated 8th June, 2009, by a

separate order, the said Civil Application was also disposed of. Now the
writ petition has been restored to file.
Hence, this civil application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly we allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Writ Petition shall be listed on weekly board of 16th April,2012.
