pursis filed by the petitioner inasmuch as according to the Government
the petition otherwise also has become infructuous as they have

permitted the change in user of the land and that no public interest is
affected. In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
In the circumstances of the matter, the parties to bear their own
costs.
