Heard the counsel for the applicants. Perused the contents of the application. It appears that the application is signed not only by the respondent nos. 4 & 5 who have sought the withdrawal of the amount but also by the Secretary of the petitioner Sanstha and the counsel for the petitioner. Hence, it appears that the petitioner has no objection for the withdrawal of an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- by the respondent nos. 4 & 5. The prayer is, therefore, granted. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
