3 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants states that the Applicants are ready and willing to file private paper book within four weeks from today.

4 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants, Applicants are ready and willing to file private paper book within four weeks from today and as Applicant no.1 is senior citizen, in my opinion this is a fit case to expedite the hearing and final disposal of the Second Appeal. Therefore, Civil Application is disposed of on following terms:

a) The Applicants are directed to file private paper book within four weeks from today.

b) Printing is dispensed with. c) If the private paper book is filed within four weeks from today, the hearing of Second Appeal will be expedited and the matter to be added in final hearing board as per its turn in the list of senior citizens.
