(a) is now restricted to restoration of the Civil Revision Application which is dismissed on 762011 on account of non appearance of the Advocate on the said day. The reasons why the Applicants went unrepresented on the said day are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel for
the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits to the orders of the Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the Civil Revision
