It is stated that after death of respondent no.6, necessary steps were taken. Enquiry about her legal representatives was made and thereafter on 12.12.2007, this application has been filed. The notices to the proposed legal representatives have been issued.
Heard both sides. For the reasons stated in the applications, delay caused in bringing LRs of the deceased respondent no.6 is condoned. Her LRs be brought on record. Abatement of appeal, so far as it relates to respondent no.6 is concerned, is set aside.
The applications stand disposed of accordingly.
