The Applicant/ Intervener has taken out the Application which can be disposed off in view of the Affidavit in Reply dated 11th October, 2012 filed by the Official Liquidator wherein it is recorded that the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay would update the Registered Address of ARC-TEC Systems Limited as per the records of the Registrar of Companies (“RoC”) as annexed as Exhibit C to the Affidavit in support of the application and thereby deleting the reference of the premises as the registered address of ARC-TEC Systems Limited in its record.
2 So far as prayer clause (c) is concerned, the Official Liquidator to take steps to up date the registered address of the Company and with further liberty to take steps in accordance with law as so far as property of the Company is concerned.
3 The Company Application is accordingly disposed off in
view of the prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). No costs.
