- Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant Company. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereof. The Advocate appearing for the Regional Director informs the Court that he has no objection if the Company Application is allowed. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder : -
(a) That the Applicant Company may be permitted to amend the Company Scheme Petition No.426 of 2011 and the Scheme of Amalgamation of Lucky Minmat Limited, National Limestone Company
